You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. We will refund any item provided it is undamaged, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and clean, with all tags and labels still attached. If, for example, you would like a different size or color, you will need to place a new order in our online store.

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions apply to certain types of products that are excluded from return – except in the case of a defect. These include:
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. cosmetic products).
Products that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded (e.g. food).
Sealed audio or video recordings or software whose seal has been removed after delivery.
Custom-made or personalized products, such as tailor-made boots, jerseys with personalized names, personalized goalkeeper gloves, or skis with attached bindings.
For electronic devices, it is imperative that you return them without any active locks, logged out of the user account, reset to factory settings, and without memory cards.
All items must be unworn and in their original condition. Returns must include all original tags and packaging, if applicable—for example, shoes must be returned in their original box.
Please do not attach any labels or tape directly to the original packaging.
If an item does not arrive in proper condition, we reserve the right to return it to you.
The return process begins with a return request via the "My Account" section of our online shop. Please follow the instructions carefully.
You are responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure that they are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend retaining a receipt.
